Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days after receiving your kit to change your mind, satisfied or refunded. Here are the conditions, the steps to follow, who pays the return postage and how a leak found on arrival is handled.
30 days to change your mind
You have 30 calendar days after receiving your kit to change your mind, whatever the reason: satisfied or refunded. To be accepted, the kit must be complete, meaning the tub, its tubes, the lid, the dust cover, the pump, the cushion, the hose, the valve, the patches, the seals, the carry bag and the instructions. It must be unused or only tried, and returned undamaged in its original packaging.
Before packing it, empty the tub completely through the side drain hose or the bottom plug, never by tipping it over, then let it dry fully with the lid open. Deflate the top ring, remove the tubes, fold the wall and put everything back in the carry bag, then in the original box. A dry, complete kit is quicker to check when it comes back to us.
How to return it, and your refund
Email customer service with your order number, the reason for the return and, if useful, a few photos. Within 48 working hours we send you the return address and the instructions. Please wait for them before sending anything, so that your parcel goes to the right place. We recommend a tracked service, since the parcel weighs about 4.8 kg.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the product is faulty, not as ordered or we sent the wrong item: in those cases the shop pays for the return and emails you a prepaid label. Once the return has arrived and been checked, we refund you on your original payment method no later than 14 days after receiving it, and an email confirms the refund.
A leak on arrival, and your statutory rights
Leaks, at the bottom or around the support tubes, are the fault most often reported on this type of foldable tub. Run a 24-hour leak test as soon as your kit arrives, before your first ice bath. If it leaks, email us a photo of the spot where the water escapes and one of the water level: the shop offers an exchange, sends you a new kit and covers the return.
These conditions come on top of your statutory rights, never instead of them. Your right to cancel and the model cancellation form are set out in the fixed section of this page, and your rights when goods are faulty or not as described are covered in our Terms. The two repair patches in the box are for a small snag later on, not for a leak found on arrival.

You have 14 days from receipt to cancel your order without giving a reason (details in our terms). A clear email to contact@r36s-console.com is enough; you may also use the model form below, which is not obligatory.
