Delivery is free, with no minimum order. For UK orders, your kit leaves from stock held in the United Kingdom, so there is no customs step, and your tracking number arrives by email when it ships.
Free delivery from stock in your region
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland and Portugal. Each order leaves from stock held in the buyer's region: a UK warehouse for orders from the United Kingdom, a US warehouse for American orders and stock inside the European Union for European orders.
Because your parcel stays in the United Kingdom from the warehouse to your door, it never goes through customs: there are no import charges and no customs paperwork on delivery. The price shown on the product page, in pounds sterling, already includes VAT, and the total you see before paying is the total you pay, with delivery included free of charge.
Preparation and delivery times
Your kit is prepared within 1 to 2 working days of your payment being confirmed. It is then delivered in 2 to 5 working days in the United Kingdom. For the other countries we deliver to, the windows are 3 to 8 working days in the United States, 2 to 6 in France, and 3 to 8 in Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland and Portugal.
These times are estimates based on the stock held in each region, not a guaranteed date, and weekends and bank holidays do not count as working days. When your parcel leaves the warehouse, we email you its tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If your address has access constraints, such as a narrow gate or a shared entrance, tell us by email before you order.
When your kit arrives
The parcel measures about 69 x 21 x 22 cm and weighs about 4.8 kg. When it arrives, check that the box is undamaged, then open it and make sure everything is there: the tub and its 6 support tubes, the insulated lid, the dust cover, the hand pump, the water cushion, the drain hose and valve, 2 repair patches, 2 seals, the carry bag and the instructions.
Before your first ice bath, run a 24-hour leak test: set the tub up on level, stable ground, fill it and watch the bottom and the base of the support tubes. If you find a leak, or if the parcel arrives damaged, email us with photos of the spot, the water level or the packaging, together with your order number: the shop offers an exchange.
