Terms and conditions of sale
These terms cover sales by the Ice Bath Tub shop: the product offered, its price, ordering, payment, delivery and returns. The seller's details and your statutory rights appear in the fixed sections of this page.
Scope and product
These terms apply to orders placed on ice-bath-tub.com from the United Kingdom. The Ice Bath Tub shop is an independent retailer: it is neither the manufacturer of the tub nor the shop of any brand. It sells a single product, a round, foldable, insulated ice bath tub in black, delivered as a complete kit.
The kit contains exactly what comes in the supplier's box: the tub with its 6 support tubes and its inflatable top ring, the insulated lid, the thermal dust cover, the hand pump, the water cushion, the drain hose and valve, 2 repair patches, 2 seals, the zipped carry bag and the instructions. The features described come from the supplier listing and dated public sources.
Price, ordering and payment
The kit price is shown on the product page in pounds sterling, VAT included, and delivery is free. There are no promotions and no hidden charges: the total shown in your basket and on the payment page is the total you pay. You add the kit to your basket, check the summary, then go to the secure payment page to confirm your order.
Payment is taken on Stripe's secure page, by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link depending on your device, and your card details never reach our site. Your order is confirmed once the payment has gone through, and a confirmation email summarising it is sent to the address you gave. Keep it for any question about your order.
Delivery, returns and complaints
For the United Kingdom, the kit ships free from stock held in a UK warehouse, with no customs step for you. It is prepared in 1 to 2 working days, then delivered in 2 to 5 working days; these are estimates, not a guaranteed date, and the Delivery page gives the details. Your tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves.
You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind, satisfied or refunded, under the conditions set out on our Returns page, which also covers the exchange for a leak found on arrival. If something goes wrong with your order, please email customer service first: we reply within 24 working hours and look for an amicable solution with you.

Every sale on ice-bath-tub.com is made by ANIMOUF LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, email contact@r36s-console.com. These terms apply to consumers buying for personal use.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days (Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). The period starts on the day you, or someone you named other than the carrier, receive the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, it starts when the last one arrives.
Tell us clearly that you are cancelling before the period ends, for example by email to contact@r36s-console.com or by post to our address. You may use the model form on our Returns page, but you do not have to. Sending your message in time is enough.
Then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.
We email you the return address as soon as we receive your cancellation.
You pay the direct cost of sending the goods back.
We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or your proof of posting, whichever comes first, using your original payment method and free of charge. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the goods more than needed to check them.
On top of this legal right, our shop policy gives you 30 days from receipt to return the product, on the terms set out on the Returns page. It never reduces your right to cancel.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, your legal rights are, in summary:

- up to 30 days after delivery: you can reject faulty goods and get an immediate refund (short-term right to reject);
- after that, or if you prefer: you can ask for a repair or a replacement at our cost; a fault that appears within six months of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery;
- if the repair or replacement fails or is impossible: you can get a price reduction or reject the goods for a refund (no deduction for use during the first six months);
- you can bring a claim up to six years after delivery (five years in Scotland).
Complaints
If something goes wrong, email contact@r36s-console.com with your order number: we answer within 24 business hours and give you the outcome of your complaint in writing.
These terms do not affect the protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
