What to include in your message
Start with your order number if you have already ordered, then your delivery country, for example the United Kingdom: the stock your kit leaves from and the delivery window depend on it. Then ask your question as precisely as you can. If you are unsure about size, tell us where the tub will go and how much floor space you have.
For a balcony or an upper-floor flat, bear in mind that a full tub holds about 330 kg of water, plus the weight of the person. We cannot judge the load your building can take: that is a question for your landlord or managing agent. If you notice a leak
