You have 30 days after delivery to change your mind, satisfied or your money back. This page explains the conditions, the return steps, who pays for shipping and what happens if the tub leaks on arrival.
30 days to change your mind
You have 30 calendar days after your kit is delivered to change your mind, satisfied or your money back. You don't need to give a reason, although a word about what didn't suit you always helps us improve. The return covers the complete kit, since the tub and its accessories are sold together as one product.
To be accepted, the kit must come back complete: the tub, its 6 support tubes, the lid, the dust cover, the pump, the cushion, the drain hose and valve, the patches, the seals, the carry bag and the instructions. It must be unused or only tried, emptied and dry, and packed in its original packaging, with no damage.
How to return it and get your refund
Start by emailing us with your order number, the reason for the return and photos if they help. Within 48 business hours, we send you the return address and the instructions; please don't ship anything before you receive them. Empty the tub through the side hose or the bottom plug, never by tipping it, let it dry, then pack it in its bag and original box.
Return shipping is paid by you: the package weighs about 10.6 lb, and a tracked service is recommended. If the product is faulty, if we sent the wrong item or if it doesn't match your order, we pay for the return and email you a prepaid label. Your refund goes back to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive the return, and an email confirms it.
A leak on arrival, and your rights
Leaks, at the bottom or around the support tubes, are the defect most often reported on this type of foldable tub. Run a 24-hour leak test as soon as your kit arrives, before your first plunge. If the tub leaks, email us photos of the spot where the water escapes and of the water level: the shop offers an exchange and covers the return.
The two repair patches in the box are there for a small snag later on; you are never expected to fix a leak found on arrival yourself. These conditions come on top of your legal rights and never limit them: depending on the state where you live, its consumer protection laws may give you additional rights.

We send you the return address by email when you contact us.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
