How to reach us

The store answers by email only, before and after purchase, at contact@r36s-console.com: it is the shared customer service address of the seller's stores. We reply within 24 business hours. There is no phone line: writing lets you attach photos and keeps a clear record of the conversation, for you and for us.

Returns and exchanges go through the same address. Send your order number and the reason, and within 48 business hours we reply with the return address and the steps that fit your situation. Please don't ship anything back before you receive them, so that no package gets lost or ends up in the wrong place.

What to include in your message

If you have already ordered, start with your order number. Then tell us your country, and your state if you are in the United States, and ask your question as concretely as you can. If you are unsure about size, tell us where the tub will go (backyard, patio, deck or a room) and how much floor space you have.

For a deck, balcony or upper floor, keep in mind that a full tub holds about 730 lb of water, plus the weight of the person. We cannot judge what your building or deck can bear: that is a question for your landlord, building manager or HOA. We can, however, answer questions about the dimensions, the kit and setup.

If you notice a leak

If you notice a leak, attach a photo of the spot where the water escapes and a photo showing the water level in the tub. Tell us too when the leak appeared: during the 24-hour test on arrival, at the first fill or after several uses. These details help us understand the situation without a long back-and-forth.

A leak found on arrival leads to an exchange offered by the store. While you wait for our reply, empty the tub through the side drain hose or the bottom plug, without tipping it, so that the support tubes do not slip. Then let it dry before folding it, in case it needs to be sent back.
