These terms cover sales by the Ice Bath Tub store: the product, its price, ordering, payment, delivery and returns. The required seller details and your rights appear in the fixed sections of this page.
Scope and product
These terms apply to orders placed on ice-bath-tub.com from the United States. Ice Bath Tub is an independent retailer: it is neither the manufacturer of the tub nor the store of any brand. It sells one product, a round, foldable, insulated cold plunge tub in black, delivered as a complete kit.
The kit contains exactly what is in the manufacturer's box: the tub with its 6 support tubes and its inflatable top ring, the insulated lid, the dust cover, the hand pump, the water cushion, the drain hose and valve, 2 repair patches, 2 seals, the zippered carry bag and the instructions. No other accessory is included.
Price, ordering and payment
The kit price is shown on the product page in US dollars, and shipping is free. Any sales tax that applies to your address is shown before payment, so you know the exact total before you confirm. There are no promotions. As US advertising rules require, we describe the product only with information we can source.
You add the kit to your cart, check the summary, then pay on Stripe's secure payment page; your card details never reach our site. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link are accepted, depending on your device. Your order is confirmed by email once the payment goes through.
Delivery, returns and complaints
Your kit ships from stock in the United States, with no customs step. It is prepared in 1 to 2 business days, then delivered in 3 to 8 business days, as estimates rather than a guaranteed date; the Shipping page gives the details, and a tracking number is emailed when it ships. If we cannot ship on time, we tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
You have 30 days after delivery to change your mind, satisfied or your money back, under the conditions on our Returns page, and a leak found on arrival leads to an exchange. Shipping times and delays
We ship within the time stated on the Shipping page. When no time is stated, we ship within 30 days of receiving your properly completed order, as the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435) requires.
If we cannot ship on time, we tell you before the promised date, give you a revised shipping date and let you choose between accepting the delay or cancelling your order for a prompt refund of the full amount paid.
Returns and refunds
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, as described on the Returns page.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or is not the item you ordered: then we pay for the return.
We refund the price of the returned item to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.
Your rights under state law
This store policy comes on top of your legal rights. Nothing in these terms limits any right or implied warranty that the laws of your state give you and that cannot be excluded.
