Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum amount. Orders placed from the United States ship from a warehouse in the US. Orders from the United Kingdom ship from a UK warehouse, and orders from the European Union from stock inside the EU. Because your package stays in your region all the way to your door, there is no customs step for you to handle.
We deliver to the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland and Portugal. On this site for the United States, prices are shown in US dollars, and any sales tax that applies to your address appears before you pay. You see the full total before you confirm anything.
Processing and delivery times
Once your payment is confirmed, your kit is prepared in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within the United States then takes 3 to 8 business days. These are estimates noted on the local stock, not a guaranteed date: weather, holidays and carrier volume can shift them. When your package leaves the warehouse, we email you its tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
For other destinations, after the same 1 to 2 business days of processing, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days in the United Kingdom, 2 to 6 in France, and 3 to 8 in Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland and Portugal. If we cannot ship within the time stated, we tell you by email and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
When your kit arrives
The package measures about 27.2 x 8.3 x 8.7 inches and weighs about 10.6 lb. When it arrives, check the box for visible damage, then open it and make sure everything is inside: the tub and its 6 support tubes, the insulated lid, the dust cover, the hand pump, the water cushion, the drain hose and valve, 2 repair patches, 2 seals, the carry bag and the instructions.
Before your first cold plunge, run a 24-hour leak test: set the tub up on level ground, fill it and watch the bottom and the base of the support tubes. If you find a leak or damage on arrival, email us photos of the spot and of the water level, along with your order number. The shop then offers an exchange.
