Privacy and your personal information
This page explains what information the store collects when you shop, what it is used for, who receives it and how long it is kept. Who is responsible and how to reach them appears in the fixed section.
Information we collect
While you shop, your cart is kept in your own browser: it records the items you add, and nothing reaches us until you check out. If you tick the box provided for this, we also keep your email address and the contents of your cart so that we can send you reminders about it.
When you order, we receive what is needed to sell and deliver your kit: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number and the contents of your order. When you email us, we receive your address, your message and any photos you attach. Your card details never pass through our site: Stripe handles them.
How we use it and who receives it
This information is used to process and deliver your order, to handle returns and exchanges, and to answer your questions before and after purchase. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising. Each service provider receives only what it needs for the task it carries out for us.
Stripe handles payment on its own secure page, so your card details never reach our site. The carrier and the warehouse that holds the stock in your region receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your package. The website host named on our Legal page stores the site and the data it processes.
Cart reminders and how long we keep data
Cart reminders are sent only if you explicitly agreed by ticking the box. You receive at most three. They stop as soon as you buy, or as soon as you click the unsubscribe link in the email. The email address and cart contents kept for reminders are deleted after 30 days, even if you bought nothing.
Order information is kept for as long as our tax and accounting obligations require, then deleted. Messages sent to the store are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request. Depending on the state where you live, for example California, you may have specific privacy rights; the fixed section of this page explains how to use them.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets no advertising or audience measurement cookies and loads no advertising or analytics script.
Only what the shop needs stays in your browser: your cart (local storage) and, during payment, the language of the order in progress (session storage). These are required for the service you ask for, so they do not need your consent; you can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
